Payment methods
C1 Certification accepts bank transfer (SEPA / international) and Bitcoin for all of its certification services. The invoice is sent after confirmation with the complete details for your chosen payment method.
How it works
- Request your quotation. Send the contact form or write to info@c1certification.com. We reply within one business day with a fixed price in USD (or EUR/SEK).
- Confirm and receive your invoice. Once the quotation is confirmed, our team issues your invoice — invoice sent after confirmation — with the full bank details or a unique Bitcoin payment link.
- Pay by your chosen method. Make a SEPA/international transfer to our Swedish bank account quoting the invoice number, or pay the BTC invoice via its link or QR code.
- Confirmation and receipt. Bank transfers are matched to your invoice reference; Bitcoin payments are recorded automatically after 2 network confirmations. We email you the receipt.

Bank transfer is our standard payment method. Your invoice includes the following account details:

Note: invoice sent after confirmation — please quote the invoice number as the payment reference. SEPA transfers in EUR usually arrive within 1–2 business days; international SWIFT transfers may take 3–5 business days.
Bitcoin
Bitcoin is available as an alternative payment method. Each BTC invoice carries a unique link with the exact amount calculated at the current exchange rate, a dedicated payment address and a QR code. Payment goes directly to our own wallet — no gateways, no intermediaries — and is verified on the blockchain.
Illustrative example — your invoice will include a unique address generated solely for your payment.
- No intermediaries: payment goes directly to C1 Certification's corporate wallet (funds under our exclusive control). We do not use third-party payment processors.
- Publicly verifiable: every invoice uses a unique address derived from our account; the transaction can be checked by anyone on the Bitcoin blockchain.
- Global and fast: international payments without correspondent banks or cross-border transfer delays.
- Fixed amount: the BTC/USD exchange rate is locked when the invoice is issued, for 24 hours.
